We have carefully selected suppliers from around the world and in Australia to ensure that we have the best possible range to meet the needs of all of our customers. We choose the range based on quality, features, value and manufacturer AFTER SALES support. If they do not support our customers or us, we do not deal with them.
All of our products meet all Australian Standards for construction and in particular, product safety. We will not purchase a product unless a manufacturer can demonstrate that all of the Australian Standards have been met.
Our Australian manufacturers are the leaders of the industry in Australia. All have been established for over 15 years and continue to provide excellent products, service and innovation.
Our spas are exported throughout the world and meet all of the stringent requirements imposed on us by these other countries.
